Old Trafford - an Asset of Community Value - decision imminent

Following a meeting with Trafford Council last week we received clarification with regard to the process to evaluate our nomination of Old Trafford as an Asset of Community Value under the Localism Act (2011).
The Strategic Lands Group will meet on 1st of July to consider MUST's application to list Old Trafford as an Asset of Community Value.
The decision is expected to be communicated to us to by 5th July.
The nomination has received unprecedented support from Ministers and Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, all of the local Councillors and MPs within whose consituencies Old Trafford is located.
